If you liked Starset you’ve gotta check out Red, another band that Starset’s early producer was heavily involved in. Favorite band of all time. I’m also bugged by some of the long outros. It Has Begun suffers from it the most. It’s too short compared to the outro.

Only an American could drag out tasting something to over five and a half minutes! Tasting COLD mushy peas? REALLY? I know us Brits might seem a bit odd sometimes but NO ONE eats mushy peas cold!

When I watched it first time, it was sorta traumatic. At the second time, I could see insecure inside of young kids.

The amount of unfunny comedians on TV, that have no talent at all. But are there not on merit but because they represent a certain group. Then you have a brilliant writer and actor in Matthew Holness and you never really see him in anything significant that much since dark place and man to man. I don't know if he decided to shun the spotlight or what but he should be a household name.

I think the director did this film as an excuse to see young guys junk and have some of his desires put on film. Remember,pasolini who made this was into 15-16yo boys and had relations with them. You can put any perversion u can think of on screen and as long as they're actors you can call it art.

If Anthony Hopkins's character had been Hannibal Lecter in 'A Bridge Too Far", Operation Market Garden whould have been a roaring success. Hannibal would have chowed down of the polite but presumptuious German soldier who arrived waving a white flag, and the German General, (excellently played by Maximilian Schell) would have kept that American chocolate for himself and got the hell out of there. And the film would have ended with the German army trudging across the barren landscape, heads bowed in bitter aftertaste.

i love experimental movies and have made over 40 albums of experimental music and i cannot believe anyone loved this or even liked this horrible horrible movie. It was 100% all up its own behind - It wasn't dynamic - it was just horrible. It was just as bad as a movie can be. Truly the most annoying movie i've ever seen and i've seen some horrid movies. The one positive of this movie is that it means i will be a big hit in hollywood bc this actually got funded and released. Anything truly is possible.

Having endured The Human Centipede, Man Bites Dog and the first 10 minutes of the depraved and disgusting El Topo, i think i will give this film a miss.

Bro doesnt understand that the blur effect on pinbacker is representative of the effect you would get if you looked at the sun too long. Pinbacker has been talking to god(the sun) for so long, he begins to epitomize the horrific aspects of it and the volatility and danger it represents, in contrast to the godlike nature of the sun that sustains life for everything on earth. I really think youre the type of viewer that Marvel and Disney execs cater to, and im not sure why you'd try to be a movie critic when you just want mindless filler you dont have to think about. Stick to easily accesible pop culture movies where you can shut your brain off so it doesnt overload from having to do one iota of abstract thinking. Anywho, garbo opinion plus you stink

I recently watched the movie as part of my project on the 1,001 movies you must see before you die and I have to tell you that regardless of its philosophical viewpoint, it is an unwatchable movie, and if a movie is unwatchable, then it misses most of the points it is trying to make. Most people either watch this movie to be disturbed or to enjoy the shocking details, or to pretend that it has some sort of hidden meaning to life. It does not.

I love this movie.

Imo Starset's Perfect Machine (instrumentals especially) and Back to the Earth (outro part) is hella underrated and under-appreciated

I dunno, it's just one of those movies that "feels" cooler and more intriguing than it actually is. I think just enjoying the mood and the melancholy of it adds so much to the story. But I think you have to be a certain type of person to think that's a positive.

If somebody were to use their phone on an emergency basis or even briefly in a theater that is 100% understandable. If someone is constantly on it and distracting that is just plain rude

I saw this on tv last night and quite liked it. I thought the car chase, filmed from the passenger seat of Stephanie's car, was nicely done and this is nowhere near as bad a film as the ticket sales or most reviews would have you believe.

I think i will not ever forget this movie. It’s very disturbing. I know very well Pasolini because I’m from Italy. It is largely considered as one of the most shocking movies ever made and there’s a reason for that. Maybe this one and a Serbian movie are the two worst ever made

Its nice every so often to see a movie that depicts the brutality of violence instead of beatifying it. Also pushing a car isnt that impressive unless its at least in park, and im pretty sure at that point its a proffesional strongman task so bree probably couldnt

the ending is perfectly fine. actually, it was just straight up perfect. it leaves the viewer wondering whether will and hannibal plummet to their death or survive, meaning they will spend their lives doing just as was done before, of course, murder. would I like another season though? of course. it would feed my hunger i have been lacking for years

Love this movie, also its Shakespearian ….if Shakespeare was a florida man. Also i disagree with saying it should have came out later. I think the culture has fatigue from the whole “future is female”, feminist power fantasy.
